WV Christmas 2012

We had a good time in WV with family and friends this year.  Unfortunately, Todd and I had a few very disappointing things happen (that I won't get into right now).  While I had a few tears while we were there, I was so happy that I was with family.

Here is a picture of the new tradition of "The throwing of the Christmas Pants".   We've done this for three years now, so it is officially a tradition. :)

River LOVED Nana and Grandaddy's choo choo train! He was the protector of the choo choo!

Kole got a Red Ryder BB gun!
Lyla loved the boxes.

Kole is going to make an AWESOME big brother!!

I guess he like the solar robot we got him  (too bad we found missing pieces to it days after this)
Ethan was there for all of our family traditions. I think he was a little overwhelmed with all of our craziness!

Keirra looks adorable in her new hat

Riv got his first remote control car from Aunt Meg

Zach B seems pretty pleased with his new toy.
Dad too!
Girls in our Christmas pants, missing Cas
Todd got a new Tilly hat.  I think i did pretty good.
Our little guy demonstrated his stacking skills. so proud
Christmas MORNING!!!
Ok this picture should've been before the last one.... any way, this was "The Night Before Christmas"
And of course the tradition of the Christmas River-dace. We get better and better every year.
Playing with new toys
Todd got me three new, meaningful Pandora beads .
Loving on Grandaddy.
Story time with Nana
Look at my big ball Elmo!

We also did a gender reveal photo shoot for Meg and her family.  I LOVE Kole's expressions in this one!

IT'S A BOY!
Favorite picture of the shoot
Then we got home and I had this great shirt waiting for me!
I promise there is more going on here at the Basnett home. I am overwhelmed with just keeping up with everyone.  I'm sorry for the lack of blogging. We've been doing some fun sensory projects and other crafts around here, but I'm too busy DOING the crafts to take pictures. :(  I hate that I'm missing these moments with my camera, but I hope that I can remember these days forever!
